The April 9, 2025La Couronne was delighted to welcome some forty aficionados to La Cave du Relais, for an exceptional evening of tasting, marked by the aromatic sensuality of Davidoff Escurio... and a big surprise.
On the occasion of 10 years of this emblematic line, guests had the rare opportunity to attend, in world premiereto the presentation of the all-new Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary Limited Edition 2025a bold Grand Toro celebrating a decade of intensity and contrast.
The official launch of this limited edition took place in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The presentation of this novelty was preceded by a reminder of the universe Escurioborn in the Brazilian terroir of Bahia, where the tropical rainthe bright sunlight and fertile soils create a tobacco that's vibrant, sweet and spicy all at once.
The tasting began with the Davidoff Escurio Robustoaccompanied by a glass of wine from the estate. Guests were able to rediscover the aromatic richness of this cigar, before fully immersing themselves in the world of Escurio, brilliantly presented by the Davidoff teams. This was followed by a refined cocktail buffetwhere exotic flavors and delicate pairings extended the tasting experience. The highlight of the evening was then revealed: the Davidoff Escurio 10th Anniversary LE 2025was offered for tasting. This Grand Toro with its impeccable construction, seduces with its generosityhis roundnessand its complex balance of chocolate sweetness, precious woods and enchanting spices.
To complete the experience, guests discovered the tequila Clase Azulpresented by the brand itself, before concluding the evening with a exclusive chocolate creation by Sisaomade with exceptional cocoa from Ecuador. A perfect match to magnify the last volutes of this anniversary cigar. Finally, 4 prestigious lots were awarded to a few lucky winners, concluding the evening on a festive note.
